Certification availability varies by product line and partner factory. We confirm exactly which reports apply to your order before quoting, and provide copies with the shipping documents. Please verify which certificates your own market requires before ordering.
Three-stage QC
How every order is inspected
Quality control is not one final check — it runs from raw material to sealed container.
Incoming material check
Melamine resin, decal paper and packaging are verified against specifications when they enter the factory. Resin purity matters: it determines food safety and the ware's resistance to staining and heat.
In-production inspection
During pressing and glazing, operators check weight, wall thickness, surface finish and decal alignment against golden samples. Our merchandisers follow production schedules and can share progress photos on request.
Pre-shipment inspection
Before the balance payment, a sampling inspection checks appearance, size tolerance, packing, carton marks and container loading. You receive the report with photos — no report, no balance, no exceptions.
Lab testing
Third-party testing on request
For regulated markets, we arrange SGS or equivalent lab testing of finished goods against FDA, LFGB or EU 10/2011 migration limits, with the report issued in your company's name or ours. Testing lead time is typically 7–10 working days and is quoted separately from the product price.
