1. Screening & licences
Business licence, export history, food-contact production qualifications and melamine resin sourcing are verified first. Factories mixing urea or recycled resin are excluded outright.
Independent by design. We are a trading company — and that is exactly the point.
Guangzhou Dayi E-Commerce Co., Ltd. was founded in 2012 in Guangzhou, at the centre of China's tableware manufacturing region. We started with a simple observation: importers in the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Africa rarely need one factory — they need ten products from four factories, delivered together, to one standard, with one responsible counterparty.
So that is what we became. Today we run a panel of audited melamine factories covering dinnerware, cutlery, trays and OEM programmes, and we act as the single export partner for wholesalers, hotel suppliers and retail chains. We negotiate with factories in their own language, inspect before shipment, consolidate mixed containers and handle the full document set — so our buyers can focus on selling.
We deliberately stay independent. Not being a factory means we can recommend the right plant for each product, shift orders when capacity tightens, and argue on your side when something goes wrong.
Every partner factory passes the same review before its first order — and is re-checked on a rolling basis.

We visit the workshop, check mould maintenance, glaze lines and packing areas, then run trial samples through our own QC checklist — including dishwasher and drop tests on a sample basis.
New partners start with a small trial order and a full pre-shipment inspection. Only factories that pass twice in a row join the panel — and every existing partner is re-audited on a rolling schedule.

We currently ship to around 35 markets, with the strongest programmes in three regions.
Hotel and banquet programmes, Ramadan seasonal sets and household retail. Buyers typically order dinner sets, charger plates and serving trays under FOB or CIF terms.
Supermarket chains, food courts and QSR supply. Compact sets, compartment plates and tumblers dominate; price-competitive mixed containers are the norm.
Wholesale importers and institutional buyers — schools, hospitals, canteens. Durable compartment plates, bowls and trays with simple, robust packing.
