Most customisation uses existing factory moulds, which keeps MOQs reasonable and lead times short. New shapes are possible when volumes justify tooling.

Back stamps, pad printing and embossed logos for hotel, airline and retail private-label programmes.
Packaging

Process
From idea to shipment in six steps
A managed OEM process with an approval gate before mass production — so what arrives matches what you signed off.

Consultation
Share your designs, references or even rough photos. We confirm feasibility, match the right factory and quote tooling and unit costs.

Sampling
Existing moulds: samples in about 7 days. New moulds: tooling first, then samples for approval before any mass production.

Confirmation
You approve samples by photo or courier. Colours, decals and packing marks are locked in a signed specification sheet.

Mass Production
Production runs at the partner factory with in-line checks on weight, finish and decal alignment. Progress photos on request.

QC & Inspection
Full pre-shipment inspection against the approved samples. You receive the report and photos before paying the balance.

Shipment
Mixed loading with your other SKUs, full export documents, and booking under FOB, CIF or EXW as agreed.

What does customisation cost in volume?
Using existing moulds with standard colours, custom decal programmes typically start around 3,000–5,000 pieces per design. Dedicated colours may raise the MOQ to one production run of raw material, usually 5,000–10,000 pieces. New moulds are quoted case by case — tooling for a standard plate runs roughly USD 1,500–4,000 depending on size and detail, and the mould belongs to you.
Because we work with several factories, we can often place your OEM items and stocked items in the same mixed container, which spreads freight across the whole order.
